These terms and conditions govern how we conduct business, how we receive and settle bets, and what you can expect from General Betting (hereinafter referred to as TxunaBet). This page outlines the terms and conditions under which you may use our website, whether as a visitor or as a registered user. Please read these terms carefully before using our services. By using our services, regardless of how you access them, you confirm that you accept these terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree to these terms of use, please refrain from using our services.

GENERAL

1.0 The maximum winnings allowed for an individual user account are Twenty Million Meticais (20,000,000.00 MZN). If a user obtains this amount, the system will automatically block the respective account.

1.1 The law does not allow bets to be placed by persons under the age of 18. Anyone who suspects underage gambling is encouraged to report it immediately.

1.2 To ensure fairness among TxunaBet players, the cumulative amount of authorized withdrawal operations is limited to 20,000,000 MZN per account. Therefore, TxunaBet does not allow a player to withdraw more than 20,000,000 MZN over the lifetime of their account. If an account exceeds this cumulative limit, it will be automatically closed, and the player will be notified.

1.2.1 Your mobile number (+258) is part of your client registration and is an essential component of your account information. It is your sole responsibility to keep your security details confidential. Any transactions carried out by someone securely logged into your account will be your responsibility. If transactions are made via phone by someone other than the registered user, the registered user remains responsible for those transactions.

1.2.2 The maximum weekly withdrawal limit is 2,500,000 MZN.

1.3 Bets cannot be canceled or changed once they have been placed and recorded on our betting platform.

1.4 TxunaBet accepts bets made online, including those made via iPhone, Android apps, and modern GSM mobile phones. Bets are not accepted via any other means (phone, email, fax, etc.).

1.5 TxunaBet cannot be held responsible for any delay or failure in communication through network operators.

1.6 TxunaBet reserves the right to refuse or cancel any bet or part of a bet before the game begins without providing justification. TxunaBet also reserves the right to cancel bets placed during a game if there is sufficient evidence that the Client had prior knowledge of an event that would affect the market pricing—e.g., placing a bet on a "first goal" market while the goal is being scored.

1.7 TxunaBet reserves the right to cancel any bets made by an individual or group attempting to defraud the platform. If there is evidence of a series of bets with the same selection made by or for the same individual or group, TxunaBet reserves the right to cancel those bets and/or suspend the relevant accounts.

1.8 TxunaBet reserves the right to cancel any bet accepted when the account does not have sufficient funds. If an account is underfunded due to a canceled deposit, TxunaBet may retroactively cancel any accepted bets and void any winnings resulting from those bets.

1.9 If funds are mistakenly credited to a Client’s account, it is the Client’s responsibility to notify TxunaBet immediately. Any winnings obtained as a result of the error will be considered invalid and must be returned. TxunaBet reserves the right to reverse the transaction.

1.10 Each user may only have one account. Users may not re-register under a different name or phone number. Violation of this rule may result in the cancellation of all bets and the suspension or closure of the account.

1.11 Bets are only accepted until the advertised start time. Bets accepted by mistake after the start of an event will be canceled. If any part of a multiple bet is accepted after the start time, the entire bet will be voided.

1.12 Multiple bets combining selections from the same event will not be accepted if the outcome of one selection affects the other. Any such bets will be canceled.

1.13 TxunaBet is not liable for any damage or loss claimed to result from the website or its content, including delays, data corruption, line failures, misuse, or content errors.

1.14 The minimum amount for a bet is 1 MZN, and the maximum is 30,000 MZN, unless otherwise stated on the website.

1.15 TxunaBet reserves the right to change odds and site information at any time without notice. Although we aim to present accurate data, it is intended as a guide only. Displayed prices are indicative and not binding until a bet is confirmed. We do not accept responsibility for incorrect data (scores, times, etc.).

1.16 The website will display recent bets, results, and account activity. We recommend players keep independent records of their transactions and applicable rules.

1.17 Clients can start playing immediately after a deposit is confirmed.

1.18 If an event is canceled, all associated bets will be voided and refunded.

1.19 Customer offers are limited to one per person, household, email, phone number, and shared computer (e.g., library or workplace). We reserve the right to withdraw offers at our discretion.

1.20 In cases of bonus abuse, TxunaBet reserves the right to deduct the bonus and related winnings from the Client’s account.

1.22 Any client wishing to file a formal complaint should first contact our support team or email: contacto@generalbetting.co.mz. We aim to respond within 48 hours. You will be informed of the person handling your complaint and all correspondence will be logged. If the resolution is unsatisfactory, you may escalate it to senior management for final review.

1.23 Data Protection – Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how personal data is collected, processed, and shared.

1.24 Bonuses – All bonus offers are limited to one per user unless otherwise stated. Each bonus offer has its own terms and conditions. Promotions are subject to change. In the case of an error, the company may correct it by removing bonus funds or canceling related bets.

1.25 Reactivation Bonus – The maximum reward for a reactivation bonus is 1000 MZN.

1.26 Withdrawal Rules for Deposits

To ensure the integrity of the platform and prevent possible fraud, please note that:

Withdrawals will only be possible after wagering at least 90% of the deposited amount.

If you deposit 1,000 MZN, you will need to wager at least 900 MZN before you can request a withdrawal.

1.30 Fraud – It is forbidden for a client to have more than one account per device. TxunaBet reserves the right to block or delete accounts that violate this rule.

1.31 Secure and Controlled Payments – Payouts to players are made exclusively through the website and user account, in accordance with the daily and weekly limits of the selected payment methods.
